Privacy policy
Short version: no account, no names, no profiling. Here is everything we keep.

On your device
Your browser stores the puzzles you open, your progress, your settings and a list of the words you have already seen, so they are never repeated. This stays on your device; clearing site data removes it.
On our server
We store the puzzles that are created, so a shared link opens the same grid. When you report a clue we keep the report with a one-way hash of your IP address, only so that one person cannot retire a clue alone. We also count anonymously how puzzles are played (solved, which words were revealed) to tune difficulty.
AI provider
New words and clues are written by Google's Gemini models. Only the puzzle settings (language, topic, difficulty) and lists of words are sent — never anything about you.
Analytics and error reports
If enabled, we use Google Analytics to count page views and Sentry to receive error reports. Neither is used to identify you.
